● The primary area of activities of ATiYAB is in project development to provide the small and medium-sized enterprises with assistance and services. To achieve this goal, ATiYAB develops lobbying activities in the areas of business, politics and culture.

● ATiYAB promotes networking, promotes cooperation among our members.

● ATiYAB encourages its members to do more youth work in their own businesses and companies and motivates them to create more apprenticeships and help young people to get vocational training.

● ATiYAB will always strive to fulfill the task of effectively representing the vast majority of entrepreneurs of Turkish origin in the German, European and Turkish public and to help our business people to their well-deserved status in all areas.

● ATiYAB represents the interests of its members to other institutions, political parties and social organizations and is in constant dialogue with them; develops new projects together with these participants and offers solutions for existing social issues and for sectoral and industry-specific problems of entrepreneurs in Germany.

● ATiYAB offers its members, especially SMEs, training and consulting services to inform and support them, promotes its members in new cooperations at home and abroad and supports its members in their related efforts.

● To promote social, societal and cultural development and cooperation among its members, ATiYAB organizes and conducts scientific, artistic and literary events.

● ATiYAB will strengthen/intensify contacts with government offices, business institutions and politicians in Germany and Turkey with the aim of strengthening cooperation between Germany and Turkey and offering proposed solutions to current issues for its members.
